A WalletHub study gives the city high marks in many livability factors.

PITTSBURGH, PA - A new study reaffirms that Pittsburgh is among the premier places to live in America. Financial data website WalletHub has rated it the nation’s third-best big city.
WalletHub analyzed the country’s 62 largest cities based on 50 indicators of attractiveness. They considered factors such as employment opportunities, median annual property taxes and the quality of the public school system.
Here’s how Pittsburgh ranked in certain livability indicators, with 1 being the best and 31 being average:

- Highest percentage of population age 25 or older with a high school diploma or higher: 4
