Pittsburgh Restaurant Ranked Among Nation's Most Romantic
The popular eatery was one of just seven in Pennsylvania that cracked the top 100, according to OpenTable.
PITTSBURGH, PA - Just in time for Valentine's Day, OpenTable has released its list of the nation's most romantic restaurants for 2020 and a well-know Pittsburgh eatery is on the list. Altius on Mt. Washington was one of just seven Pennsylvania restaurants to make the cut; the other six are in Philadelphia.
The list was based on an analysis of more than 80 million reviews of the more than 30,000 restaurants across the country, all submitted by verified diners.
Here is one rave review OpenTable published: "Altius is right at the top of the most consistently excellent restaurants in Pittsburgh. The steaks are always perfectly seasoned and cooked. The crab cake stuffed Dover sole was a phenomenal special. The service was exemplary even for a modern fine dining spot. Already looking forward to our next visit."

Altius is the second restaurant from B DeFrancis and Jessica Bauer. Their first, Bistro 19, has been a Mt. Lebanon staple since 2006.
