Pittsburgh Steelers Training Camp Guide 2019
Here's your guide to all things Steelers as they begin preparing for the upcoming season this week.

PITTSBURGH, PA - Rejoice, Steelers fans. It's time for the team to try to begin washing the bitter taste out of its mouth from a 2018 season in which they missed the playoffs and off-field dramas
involving Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell clearly were distractions.
The Steelers this week will begin training for the 2019 season at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, the 54th consecutive year the team has trained at the pastoral Westmoreland County college. Players must report by July 25 and the first practice will occur on July 26. The first practice in
pads occurs July 28.
Fifteen practices will be open to the public, 13 of them on the St. Vincent campus.

The annual Friday Night Lights at Latrobe Memorial Stadium takes place on Aug. 2, with a full day of fun for all ages followed by a team practice at night. The event runs from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. outside the stadium and will include photo opportunities with the six Lombardi Trophies, free games, food, entertainment and more. Gates to the stadium open at 5 p.m. and practice begins at 7 p.m. Admission to the practice is $5.
The annual Steelers Family Fest, will be held at Heinz Field on Aug. 4. Activities will begin on Art Rooney Avenue outside of the stadium at 4 p.m. Highlighted by a full practice under the lights, fans can meet legendary former Steelers, enjoy games and activities, win prizes and more. Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and practice will begin at 6:30 p.m.; tickets are $10.

At St. Vincent, activities generally run from noon to 6 p.m. daily. Here's what you'll find:
- The Steelers Pro Shop tent has training camp apparel and memorabilia.
- Steelers Training Camp programming will air on the big screen TV.
- In the FedEx Air & Ground Zone area, you can time your performance, track your progress each day and prove you are NFL ready. All participants who are 18 and older will be automatically entered into the contest for a chance to win two (2) season tickets to the 2020 Steelers season at Heinz Field.
- The Play 60 Fan Zone includes football-themed activities from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day practice is open to the public. Children will be able to register for the "Play 60 Fun Zone" once campus opens and is limited to the first 200 registrants. The Play 60 Fun Zone is located on the baseball field, on the left side of the Chuck Noll bleachers.
