Pittsburgh Weather: Winter Storm Warning Now In Effect
Heavy snow is on the way Sunday for all of western Pennsylvania. Here's how much you can expect.

PITTSBURGH, PA — If you have any errands to run on Sunday, get them done early. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for all of western Pennsylvania from 1 p.m. Sunday to 1 p.m. Monday.
Expect 8 to 12 inches of accumulation. The snow is expected to begin in Pittsburgh between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
The weather service advises delaying all travel if possible. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution and be prepared for sudden changes in visibility. Leave plenty of room between you and the motorist ahead of you, and allow extra time to reach your destination.
