Pittsburgh White Christmas Possible, Forecasters Say
A major winter storm will impact much of the nation on Sunday. How bad will it be here?

PITTSBURGH, PA - It’s too early to say for certain, but there’s a chance southwestern Pennsylvania could experience its first White Christmas since 2002.
A major is expected to make traveling tricky for people throughout the eastern and midwestern sections of the country over the weekend. Although the storm likely will have only minimal impact here, forecasters do expect some snow to fall on Christmas Eve - they just don’t know how much yet.
According to State College-based AccuWeather, the storm is projected to spread snow into parts of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, western Maryland and western New York toward the end of the day on Christmas Eve.
