Pittsburgh Winter Weather Advisory: Latest Update
Find out here what you need to know about the wintry weather conditions in Western Pennsylvania.

PITTSBURGH, PA — A Winter Weather Advisory remains in place for the Pittsburgh metro area until noon on Tuesday.
According to the National Weather Service, freezing rain is expected, as well as snow accumulations of up to a half-inch norther of Interstate 80. Ice accumulations could total a tenth of an inch.
The weather service says to plan on slippery road conditions.

On the bright side, the weather service said temperatures were above freezing at Pittsburgh International Airport this morning for the first time in 13 days. The high temperature today is expected to reach 41 degrees.
The warming trend continues into the week, with high temperatures predicted at 51 on Wednesday, 56 on Thursday and 52 on Friday.
