Popular Pittsburgh-Area Pizzeria Heavily Damaged In Blaze
The fire broke out at the pizzeria Tuesday morning.
JEFFERSON HILLS, PA — A massive fire erupted Tuesday at Banana Peppers Pizzeria & Catering on Gill Hall Road.
The building appears to be a total loss. Photos of the blaze posted online showed intense flames and thick black smoke pouring from the building as firefighters responded.
The fire broke out around 10:30 a.m.

The cause of the blaze has not been determined. The Allegheny County Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.

According to the pizzeria's website, Banana Peppers has been in business since 2018.
