Popular Pittsburgh DJ Loses Job

PITTSBURGH, PA —After more than a decade at the station, Maria D'Antonio has been laid off as the midday host at WDSY-FM, Y108.
According to Radio Insight, D’Antonio spent four years in mornings at WLTJ-FM from 2011 through 2015 before joining WDSY in 2016. She also hosted afternoons at WBZZ-FM during her time there.
"I don't know what's next," D'Antonio stated on social media.

"I don't know what my life looks like after radio. While this wasn't the way I hoped my time in radio would end, I'll be eternally grateful for this chapter. I do know that right now I'm gonna take a little break and soak up every second with my two beautiful children and beautiful husband."
