Popular Pittsburgh Radio Personality Leaving 2 Stations
A fixture at two Pittsburgh radio stations is leaving both of them at the end of the week. Get the details here.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Shelby Cassesse, who has worked for KDKA-AM and 93.7 The Fan for the past decade, is leaving both stations at the end of the week.
Cassesse announced the move on social media.
"Over the last 10 years, 1020 (KDKA) and The Fan have been a professional home base and played an integral role in my career growth," she said in a Facebook post. "To say I'll miss many of my coworkers is an understatement. My relationships with them made this a truly emotional decision."

Cassesse still will be doing freelance work on WPXI-TV and doing freelance sports writing.
She intends to focus her career on sports journalism.
