Popular Pittsburgh TV Personality Leaving Town

One of the city's broadcast meteorologists soon will be forecasting in another TV market.

PITTSBURGH, PA — WPXI-TV meteorologist Jessica Faith is leaving the station next month to join the weather team at NBC 4 in Washington, D.C.

Faith, whose forecasts can be seen on the noon and weekend morning editions of Channel 11 News and on the WPXI digital platforms., announced her impending departure via social media.

"It’s hard to believe three years ago I got married, moved to a new city, and started a new job all in one month! I fell in love with Pittsburgh quickly and dove right into the culture. Though I loved my time in Pittsburgh and at WPXI-TV Pittsburgh, my husband and I are thrilled about the opportunity to move close to family."
