The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for this popular Pittsburgh eatery.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for the Pad Thai Noodle restaurant on North Craig Street in Oakland.
A recent inspection revealed live roaches observed in a sticky trap in the kitchen.
Wait, there's more. Rodent droppings were found on the top of an unused freezer with a cutting board and utensils.

Food was found at unsafe temperatures.
Employees were found to have poor personal hygiene.

As if all of that isn't enough, there were signs of a previous sewer backup in the downstairs bathrooms (thick dried brown residue in and covering the toilet (men's room), dried toilet paper all over the floor and into the hall.
The restaurant remains open while the consumer alert is in effect.
