Sandcastle Teases New Water Park Attraction For 2020
The water park is being secretive about what it's calling "Project 2020."

PITTSBURGH, PA - Kennywood just debuted its most anticipated new ride in years, the Steel Curtain coaster. Now it appears that Sandcastle, its sister water park along the Monongahela River, is poised to do the same.
Sandcastle released a cryptic video Wednesday of its mascot, Dunkin Dragon, going into a fenced-off portion of the Sandcastle property in West Homestead. Dunkin clears weeds and removes old wood from the site and also reviews blueprints before the video goes to the words "Project 2020."
A page on the Sandcastle website announces a contest in which a free pass for the 2020 season will be awarded to someone who correctly guesses why Dunkin is cleaning.
