School Bus Aide Fired For Allegedly Touching Kid Inappropriately
Allegheny County police are investigating the incident.

PITTSBURGH, PA - A school bus aide in the suburban Fox Chapel Area School District has been fired and is under investigation by Allegheny County Police after allegedly inappropriately touching a student on a bus.
The district notified parents of the incident via email Thursday.
The school bus driver reported the incident to ABC Transit, the district’s bus contractor. The aide, who had all necessary clearances to serve in that position, initially was suspended and subsequently terminated by the bus company.

ABC alerted the district, which then contacted the state’s child abuse hotline and Indiana Township Police. Charges are pending, according to the district.
