UPDATED, 5:25 p.m.: The Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been extended until 6 p.m.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect until 5:30 p.m. for Allegheny, Southern Butler, Southern Beaver and Northwestern Weshington counties. The warning includes the Pittsburgh metro area.
Winds of up to 70 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail are possible.
