Should Steelers Be Allowed To Install New 'Sign' At Heinz Field?
The Steelers want to create new signage out of stadium seats.

PITTSBURGH, PA - The Steelers want to create new signage at Heinz Field by blackening some of the seats in the lower bowl. The Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment says such signage would technically would be a roof sign and violate zoning regulations; a team subsidiary, PSSI Stadium LLC, has argued that it would be interior signage.
A rendering of the signage spells out a generic "ABCDE Field," but the Steelers have not indicated precisely what would be on the sign. Conceivably, it could be an advertisement.
Several people showed up at a Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting Thursday to voice their opposition to the proposed signage. What do you think? Should the Steelers be permitted to blacken out a portion of the lower bowl seating?
