Sister Of Steelers President Art Rooney II Dies At 50

PITTSBURGH, PA - Joan M. Rooney Clancy, 50, of Westborough, MA, the sister of Steelers President Art Rooney II and daughter of the Steelers late chairman Dan Rooney, died peacefully at her home on Oct. 1.

The Pittsburgh native was raised and educated in Mt. Lebanon and attended Shady Side Academy. She graduated from John Carroll University and Duquesne University, where she earned her law degree. She also had a teaching degree from Framingham State.

Mrs. Clancy was a teacher at a parochial school in Northborough, MA.
