Skateboarding Pittsburgh-Area Teen Badly Hurt When Struck By Vehicle
The incident occurred Wednesday in Ingram, police said.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A 15-year-old teen was struck and injured by a vehicle Wednesday while riding his skateboard in Ingram.
Shortly before 6 p.m., Allegheny County police responded to a 911 call that a juvenile male had been struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Winlock Avenue and Joel Street. The victim was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
The driver of the car remained at the scene.
