SoFresh Restaurant Chain Opening First Pittsburgh Locations

PITTSBURGH, PA - SoFresh, a fast-casual restaurant chain based in Florida, arrives in Pittsburgh next week with the opening of a Downtown Pittsburgh location at PPG Place. The chain also hopes to open in Shadyside, the Pittsburgh Business Times reported.
The eatery's menu includes wraps and bowls stocked with greens, quinoa, rice, zucchini noodles and cauliflower, with a variety of vegetables, sauces, proteins and dressings.
"Our versatile menu, down to our scratch made in-house sauces and dressings, are rooted in our desire to make fresh eating a simple part of every lifestyle," a statement on the SoFresh website states. "We naturally accommodate a variety of preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo and gluten-free."
