Starbucks, Pittsburgh Schools Sued Over Teen Girl's Alleged Rape
Starbucks and the Pittsburgh Public Schools are being sued over the alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.

PITTSBURGH, PA — An intellectually disabled student's mother has filed a lawsuit against the Pittsburgh Public Schools, Starbucks and a property management company after the alleged sexual assault of her daughter.
According to the lawsuit, three boys led the then-15-year-old away from Taylor Allderdice High School in Squirrel Hill to a nearby Starbucks on Murray Avenue. Starbucks workers noticed the boys taking turns in a restroom with her but failed to intervene, the lawsuit alleges.
The boys also allegedly took her to a nearby empty building, owned by 101 Kappa Drive Associates, where she allegedly was sexually assaulted by another teen.
