Station Square Gets New Rock Climbing And Fitness Center
FA promises 30,000 square feet of climbing and workout fun in Station Square.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The newly revamped Station Square Freight House Shops welcomes FA Climbing & Fitness on Saturday. The 30,000 square foot climbing center and fitness facility features 10,000 square feet of bouldering space, and 12,000 square feet of yoga and fitness space.
Amenities for the new gym include:
- World-class climbing options for all levels, including classes and private instruction for individuals and groups.
- Two Yoga studios, hosting more than 30 classes per week.
- Fitness and training, including group classes and personal training, as well as cardio equipment, free weights and functional training equipment.
- Group events such as birthday parties and corporate team building.
- Kids’ programs, including classes, teams and camps.
- Locker rooms with key-code lockers and showers.
- Lounge and workspace with free Wi-Fi, and food and beverage options.
The Station Square location is FA's first location outside of its home base of Illinois. One reportedly also is being considered for Ross Park Mall.

FA joins southern restaurant Tupelo Honey as the first tenants in the revamped Freight House Shops space. Tupelo Honey is in the former Cheese Cellar location.
