Steelers-Bengals NFL Week Four: What You Need To Know
One of these teams should emerge from the AFC North cellar on Monday. Will it be the Steelers?

PITTSBURGH, PA - The 100th game between the Steelers and Bengals takes place Monday and the stakes are as high as they can be for two teams boasting 0-3 records. The winning team at least has a shot at clawing its way back to respectability by season's end; the losing team will have effectively reached its season's end.
The Steelers' problems are well-documented. Their future Hall of Fame quarterback is out for the year, their new quarterback remains a question remark, their offensive line has underperformed, they have failed to establish a running game and their defense lets down its guard at inopportune times.
Under new coach Zac Taylor, the Bengals have been just as dreadful. losing to Seattle, San Francisco and Buffalo to start the season. In a normal year, the Steelers would be looking at this game as an easy win, but as we've seen thus far this year has been anything but normal.
