Steelers Make Significant Acrisure Stadium Addition

PITTSBURGH, PA — When the Steelers open an exclusive new club for fans at Acrisure Stadium next week, it will have a familiar name.

The 1933 Club Presented by Heinz will extend the prolonged partnership the team has enjoyed with the Pittsburgh-based international condiment brand. The stadium was known as Heinz Field from its debut in 2001 until 2022, when it became Acrisure Stadium.

“We are proud to continue our long-standing partnership with Heinz ,” said Ryan Huzjak, the Steelers' senior vice president of business operations. “Both of our organizations have deep Pittsburgh roots and have become part of the fabric of the city."

The Steelers say the 1933 Club, whose name also includes the year the franchise was founded, includes:

• An all-inclusive private space for members to enjoy and entertain on game days.
• Restaurant-quality food, décor and beverage selections.
• Special lounge areas and a walk-up bar.
• Screens throughout to ensure members never miss a play on the field.
• Exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to views of the Steelers locker room entrance and player tunnel.
• Convenience of direct access to the 100-level concourse.

The 1933 Club is a membership-only club and does not include a game ticket. Memberships are exclusive to season ticket holders.

Outside of game days, the space will be available to rent for private events.

The club will open Aug. 13 when the Steelers take on the Green Bay Packers to kick off the preseason schedule.

In addition to naming rights for the new premium club, Heinz will continue as sponsor of the Heinz Red Zone, an in-stadium feature that involves digital bottles filling videoboards with ketchup.
