A suspect is in custody after a reported shooting led to a SWAT situation in New Castle.

Officers surrounded a building on Booker Drive and Altman Road in the Harbor Heights housing complex after a shooting on the city's west side.

Police chased the suspected shooter, who allegedly continued to fire shots, and ran into the building.
