Taylor Swift In Pittsburgh: What You Need To Know

PITTSBURGH, PA — The long-anticipated Taylor Swift concerts almost are here. For those fortunate enough to have tickets to Swift's two sold-out Acrisure Stadium shows, here is some pertinent information:

  • Stadium parking lots open: 1:30 p.m.
  • Gates open: 4:30 p.m.
  • Concert starts: 6:30 p.m.

Parking near the stadium will not be inexpensive. According to the Acrisure website, most parking lots surrounding the stadium will be charging $50 a spot. Fans are encouraged to use North Shore parking lots, including the Champions Garage. The majority of the Pittsburgh Parking Authority garages Downtown will have a rate of $8 or less.

Pittsburgh Regional Transit is expanding light-rail service on Friday and Saturday. Fans who park downtown take the T to get to and from the stadium for free by accessing the Gateway or Wood Street stations to the Allegheny Station next to the stadium.

Fans also can park at Station Square for $15 and ride the Gateway Clipper for $8 per person each way.

In the stadium parking lots, trash must be disposed of properly and the following is prohibited: : solicitation of any kind, the sale of food and alcohol, glass containers, tents, personal port-a-johns, furniture (other than folding lawn chairs and tables) and oversized vehicles.
