Students at all of the schools in the district were sent home Tuesday after the death.
UNIONTOWN, PA — The Albert Gallatin School District in Fayette County abruptly sent students at all of its schools due to the death of a teacher.
The district attributed the early dismissal to "unforeseen circumstances regarding a staff member" on Facebook. But school officials confirmed to multiple media outlets that a teacher had died.
