Tornado Watch Issued For Portions Of Southwestern PA

PITTSBURGH, PA — The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch for Washington, Greene and Fayette counties until 6 p.m. on Monday.
A watch does not mean tornadoes are imminent but are possible in and near the watch area.
The weather service advises reviewing and discussing emergency plans, as well as checking supplies and identifying a safe room. Be ready to act quickly if a warning is issued or you suspect a tornado is approaching.
