PITTSBURGH, PA - A funeral service will be held Tuesday morning in Oakland for Pittsburgh police Officer Calvin Hall, prompting numerous road closures. The funeral will begin at 11 a.m. at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall, but Pennsylvania State Police say the traffic restrictions will begin around 9:30 a.m.

The road, bridge and tunnel closures include:

  • Fort Duquesne Bridge.
  • Route 65 inbound in the area of the West End Bridge.
  • I-279 on-ramp to Fort Duquesne Bridge.
  • Fort Pitt Tunnel and Bridge inbound to I-376 (Parkway East) eastbound and the East Carson-Fort Pitt Bridge on-ramp.
  • Grant Street access to I-376 (Parkway East).
  • I-376 (Parkway East) eastbound between Downtown and Oakland exits.

Because of the road closures, inbound HOV lanes will be open with no occupancy restrictions Tuesday morning.
