Unique Sushi Restaurant Debuts In Pittsburgh
If you like sushi, robots and conveyor belts, chances are you will like this place.
PITTSBURGH, PA — Most sushi restaurants don't use conveyor belts and employ robots. This one does.
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar has opened its first location in Pittsburgh in SouthSide Works. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the former SouthSide Works cinema, which was converted into an office building in 2021.
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar originated in Japan and recently expanded to North America. Sushi makes its way around the restaurant on a conveyor belt in a new dining concept. The restaurant also gives away prizes and has drink delivery robots.

The food is prepared using natural, premium ingredients free of artificial sweeteners, seasonings.
The restaurant's hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. on Sunday; 11:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday 11:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m; Friday 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. -10 p.m.
