The Waterfront Welcoming New Restaurant

PITTSBURGH, PA - The Waterfront shopping and entertainment complex has been without a Mexican restaurant since Gran Agave closed several years ago to make way to a new Primanti Bros. eatery. Now The Waterfront is getting a new Mexican establishment and it will be located next to Primanti Bros.
The latest in the locally owned El Campesino chain of restaurants will open June 29. The grand opening celebration, which begins at 4 p.m. with include a tequila tasting event with Patron, Corona beer specials, live music from Nova Trio from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and tango music and dancing from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This will be the sixth El Campesino in the chain, joining locations in Ross, Robinson, McMurray, Monroeville and Altoona.
