Wendy Bell Officially Departs From KDKA-AM

The controversial talk show host has parted ways with the radio station after advocating that statue vandals should be shot.

PITTSBURGH, PA — More than a month after she was removed from the air for making controversial comments, KDKA-AM's parent company confirmed that she will not be returning there.

Entercom, which owns the station, told TribLive that Bell and the company mutually agreed to part ways.

KDKA-AM took Bell off the air after Bell suggested park rangers should shoot people who vandalize monuments honoring historical figures. Entercom officials have not addressed her long-term future there until now.
