WIN Home Inspection Brings Insight to Cranberry Real Estate Community
Local Veteran Pursues Second Act, Provides Home Inspection Services to Home Sellers, Buyers and Agents

Cranberry Township, Penn.—Veteran Marine Ara Jones is expanding his business repertoire with the opening of a WIN Home Inspection. As a resident of nearby Leechburg, Jones is delighted to bring his home inspection services to the surrounding Cranberry communities, providing a vital service to the area.
“Being in the Marine Corps for more than 20 years teaches you a lot about discipline, determination and taking care of others before yourself,” said Jones. “In the field, you are continually looking out for the members in your squad and in this business, I get to look out for members of the community by discovering potential issues in their homes.”
Aside from his two decades of service in the Marine Corps, Jones worked in the coal mining field utilizing electronic technology prior to WIN Home Inspection. After 30 years in coal mining, he decided it was time for a change. He had always been a self-determined go-getter and was fond of the idea of working for himself. When the opportunity to open WIN Home Inspection Cranberry presented itself, it was a perfect fit for him.

“With 30 years of electronic technology experience, I’ve seen my fair share of small problems that turn into bigger issues over time,” said Jones. “Knowing I am helping home owners catch those small problems before they turn into large ones cements the value this service provides to the local community.”
Since opening in April, Jones has enjoyed helping community members, including fellow veterans. He prides himself on being a “one man show” and is open seven days a week to assist the community.
