Winning $2.6M PA Lotto Ticket Sold In Westmoreland County

The jackpot-winning ticket for the May 8 Cash 5 drawing was sold at a convenience store on William Penn Highway.

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, PA — Check your Cash 5 lottery tickets. A winning ticket worth $2.6 million was recently sold in the Pittsburgh area.

According to Pennsylvania Lottery officials, the jackpot-winning ticket for the May 8 drawing matched all five balls drawn. The winning numbers were 14, 22, 33, 35 and 38. The ticket was sold at Shop 'N Save, located at 4536 William Penn Hwy. in Murrysville.

The store will earn a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket, officials said.

The lucky winner has one year from the drawing date to come forward. Prizes can be claimed at the nearest Lottery office or by calling 800-692-7481.
