WTAE-TV Adding New Meteorologist

PITTSBURGH, PA — WTAE-TV is adding a fifth forecaster to its weather team. Kasey Reigner will join chief meteorologist Mike Harvey and meteorologists Ashley Dougherty, Jeff Verszyla and Brian Hutton Jr.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Reigner has spent the last 18 months at WAND-TV providing forecasts for Springfield, Decatur and Champaign, IL. She also has worked at WBRE-WYOU in Wilkes Barre-Scranton.

An Illinois native, Reigner is a 2020 graduate of Penn State, where she obtained a degree in meteorology and atmospheric science.
