Giant Eagle rolled out its oversized, street-legal “Giant Buggy” for NFL Draft week, and it’s exactly what it looks like—a massive, motorized shopping cart cruising city streets.
The Buggy has been spotted at landmarks like Mount Washington, PNC Park, and even coming through the Fort Pitt Tunnel turning heads and causing full-on double takes because the usual head turner, over at Point State Park… the fountain is dry. After all this time fixing up downtown, and THAT’S THE GRAND FINALE?! THIS IS THE POINT, RIGHT?!
