Plum High School Retirees to Hold a Reunion

A group of Plum Senior High School retirees are planning a reunion for all employees of the school who worked and retired from the district anytime between 1960 and 2011. This includes administrators, teachers, administrative assistants, food service workers, custodians and any other employees.

This is believed to be the first of its kind spanning a period of over fifty years. The reunion will be held on Sept. 21 at Riverside Landing in Oakmont.

Hors d'oeuvres will be served at 4 p.m. and dinner—a station buffet menu—will be served at 6. The cost is $40 per person. Those who want to attend can bring guests, but must RSVP by Aug. 24.

A nine-member committee has been working for nearly a year to plan and organize the event.
