Plum Man Waives Hearing for Indecent Exposure, Corruption of Minors Charges
Here are the Aug. 29 district court rulings for Plum-Oakmont.

Plum District Justice Linda Zucco heard the following case on Aug. 29:
- Michael Robert Greiner, 47, of Plum waived a preliminary hearing on charges of indecent exposure, corruption of minors and terroristic threats. filed the charges on Aug. 17. Greiner is accused of making advances toward a 17-year-old girl and being nude in her prescence.
- Alexander Xavier Johns, 21, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on charges of receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle. Charges of loitering and prowling at night, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and purchase of alcohol by a minor were withdrawn. Oakmont police filed the charges May 16.
- Michael Scott Starr, 21, of Oakmont waived a preliminary hearing on charges of receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle. Charges of receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle, conspiracy, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and two counts of loitering and prowling at night were withdrawn. filed the charges May 16.
- Anthony Joseph Hoffman, 21, of Verona waived a preliminary hearing on charges of receiving stolen property and theft from a motor vehicle. Charges of conspiracy, loitering and prowling at night, posession of a controlled substance, posession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct were withdrawn. Oakmont police filed the charges May 16.
