Riverview High School Marching Band Grooves at Band Camp

Members of the Riverview High School band have been getting ready for the marching season. A preview show will be held on Friday.

The Riverview High School marching band has been practicing its new season routine for two weeks during band camp.

On Friday, members of the band will give visitors a taste of their far out program, "That '70s Show." The preview show will be at 7 p.m. at .

The set features five songs, "Sir Duke," "25 or 6 to 4," "Crocodile Rock," a medley from the movie "Grease" and a disco finale.

Band director Ian Hughes said the students and parents are excited about the program.

"A lot of these kids' parents were teens in the '70s, so it will be a big hit," he said.
