For the first time since 1980, the Riverview High School girls basketball team has made it to the WPIAL Class A semifinals.
The Lady Raiders, coached by Keith Stitt, will take on defending champs North Catholic tonight, Wednesday, at 6. The game will be at Gateway High School in Monroeville.
If the team wins, they will play in the finals at the AJ Palumbo Center in Pittsburgh on Saturday.
