• Pennsylvania Woman Sentenced to Prison in FEMA Crackdown on Disaster Assistance Fraud (einpresswire.com) — A Plymouth Meeting woman has been sentenced to five years in federal prison for defrauding FEMA of more than $1.7 million in Hurricane Ida disaster aid. Federal officials are using her case to highlight a broader Trump Administration crackdown on disaster assistance fraud, warning that suspected schemes will be aggressively investigated and prosecuted nationwide.
