IN SHORT
The Colonials dominated the entire game keeping the ball on Cheltenham’s side. With seventeen minutes left in the first half Courtney Konowal banged in Plymouth-Whitemarsh’s first goal off a shot from Meg McCullough. Less than two minutes later Rachel Konowal broke away with the ball, passed it off to Meg McCullough and with a hard shot the Colonials were up 2-0. Setting the tone for the rest of the game five different players contributed eight goals in the win.
COLONIAL OF THE GAME
Mollie Getzfread—Getzfread, a senior who will play collegiately at Indiana University, scored two goals back to back in the 2nd half and added an assist in the first.
OTHER KEY PERFORMANCES
Meg McCullough scored two goals and had one assist. Rachel Konowal scored two goals in traffic in front of the goal.

“It was such a team effort, we had a lot of different players get goals and assists. We have been working on harder hits, shots, and better communication and I think we did those things well today,” Head Coach Marianne Paparone.
