Counterfeit Suspects Captured After Chase From Whole Foods: Cops
The two men allegedly passed counterfeit bills at numerous establishments throughout the Plymouth Meeting Mall.
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — Two suspects were arrested after a brief chase at the Plymouth Meeting Mall for passing counterfeit currency.
Lonnell Marquis Chestnut, 26, and Jisceton Jerome Cobb, 22, both faces charges of forgery, receiving stolen property, theft by deception, criminal conspiracy and related counts.
The pair passed the fake bills at Whole Foods on March 28, at around 9 p.m., police said. That's when Whole Foods employees recognized the men from passing the bills earlier in the month.

Police were called and they chased the men to the area of Plymouth Road and Germantown Pike, where they were arrested.
An investigation revealed that Chestnut and Cobb passed fake bills at numerous other stores throughout the mall earlier that day, including Boscvo's, F.Y.E Music Store, Express Factory Outlet, The Rock Shop, Victoria's Secret, Schuylkill Valley Sports, Shoe Department Encore, H&M Clothing, and more.

Bail was set at $25,000 for each, and both men were booked at Montgomery County Correctional Facility. A preliminary hearing is set for April 11.
