Summer is the perfect time to sift through those bookshelves and free up space by donating your gently-used books. The Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library is eager to help you by accepting those titles, which can be left on a book cart just inside the library's front entrance. Just pull right up to the door and bring your bagged or box books into the building. Need help? Ask the staff to give you a hand. And don't forget to ask for a receipt--the Friends is an IRS-approved charity. Books will be sold at the fall sale--September 20 & 21. Many thanks!
Check the www.jeaneslibrary.org for summer hours. The library is located at 4051 Joshua Road, between Germantown Pike and Flourtown Road.
