
A Conshohocken man was arrested after he allegedly sold narcotics to a police department’s confidential source.
Stephen Michael Bussell, 33, of the 200 block of West Fifth Avenue, was arrested Thursday after he sold Oxycodone pills to the confidential source on two occasions, police said. One transaction happened during the week of Sept. 15; the other transaction happened about a week later.
Both incidents happened within 1,000 feet of a school, police said.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 11 at 11 a.m. in front of District Judge Deborah Lukens.
According to court documents, Bussell has previously been charged with felony possession with intent to deliver and recklessly endangering another person in July 2011; felony possession with intent to deliver in May 2010; and terroristic threats in May 2000.
