PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA — A Philadelphia man who worked at a local Montgomery County nail salon was given a term of probation after he pleaded guilty to inappropriately touching a young teenage girl during a salon visit back in the summer of 2020, according to media reports.

James Kit Vong, 58, was given two years' probation and must undergo a psychosexual evaluation after pleading guilty to a criminal charge of corruption of a minor, the Mercury newspaper reported.

The criminal docket sheet in the case was not yet updated as of Monday to reflect the recent sentencing, which the Mercury said was handed down last week by Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Risa Vetri Ferman.
