Photo: Colonial School District Celebrates

The Colonial School District’s five elementary schools and Colonial Middle School earned Keystone Awards from the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

Schools earn the awards by meeting or exceeding Adequate Yearly Progress Standards (AYP) for two consecutive years. AYP standards are set by the No Child Left Behind Act.

All seven CSD schools met or exceeded all of their AYP targets during the 2010-2011 school year.
