Plymouth Man Sentenced To Prison For Child Pornography
A Plymouth Meeting man will spend time in prison for disseminating thousands of images and videos of children pornography.

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA -- A Plymouth Meeting man has been sentenced to prison after police discovered thousands of images and hundreds of videos of child pornography on his computer and cell phones, according to court documents.
Brian K. Hyson, 34, will spend the next four to 10 years behind bars for a conviction of felony dissemination of child pornography, documents state.
Hyson has previously served time for child pornography for a separate arrest.

Authorities were tipped off to Hyson when an undercover Abington police detective found a computer that had been specially configured to anonymously share files with others in May, the District Attorney's Office said.
When police connected to the computer, they received nine video files of child pornography, according to the DA.

A search warrant was executed at Hyson's residence on the 2400 block of Butler Pike on Feb. 28, the DA said. When Hyson answered the door, he told police that he knew why they were there, and admitted immediately to having child pornography, according to a criminal complaint.
Assistant District Attorney James Price will prosecuted the case and the sentence was imposed by Montgomery County Judge William Carpenter
