Schumacker allegedly witnessed one boy beat and rob another another, taking a video of the encounter on her iPhone and doing nothing to stop or report the attack.

Video recovered from her phone shows her egging on an older teen in a different incident as he repeatedly hits a younger teen. She later stole a vape pen from one of the boys after it fell out as they were fighting, the report states.
