• $5,000 Stolen from Skill Games During Cooperstown Store Burglary (explorevenango.com) — A Polk resident driving a van in Sandycreek Township safely pulled over after spotting smoke and fire under the vehicle, and no injuries were reported. The same state police report also details a $5,000 burglary from skill game machines at Nancy’s Country Store in Cooperstown and minor damage to the Rouseville Borough Building. Local residents are encouraged to contact PSP Franklin with any information.
