• Centre County food safety inspections for the week of Aug. 17-23 (spotlightpa.org) — Recent state food safety inspections found no violations at Port Matilda Fire Company's food service and Swanky Beans on South Eagle Valley Road, both inspected August 18. The report also lists many other Centre County establishments and explains how violations are categorized and where you can look up detailed inspection results for any Pennsylvania restaurant.
