2nd Suspect Pleads Guilty To Third Degree Murder In 422 Racing Crash

Three passengers in the man's car, including an unborn child, were killed as he raced another car at speeds in excess of 140 miles per hour.

NORRISTOWN, PA — A second suspect in the fatal Route 422 racing crash has pleaded guilty to third-degree murder in connection with the May incident, just a week after another driver pleaded guilty.

Shone Santiago, 22, of New York City, was racing Evaughn-Sha Antonio Walters, 21, at speeds in excess of 140 miles per hour when he crashed and killed his three passengers: Anthony Rodriguez, 23, Marissa Kelly, 20, and Kelly's unborn child, the DA's office said.

Santiago lost control of his BWM and crashed through a guard rail, landing the car on its hood at the bottom of a ravine, officials said.
